Handle customer calls (inbound & outbound), resolve queries, and ensure a smooth support experience.
Attend calls and respond to customer queries.
Understand business processes and services.
Learn and adapt to new tools and tasks.
Keep records of interactions.
Escalate issues when needed.
Maintain quality service and reduce complaints.
Stay updated on product/process knowledge.
Good English (spoken & written) and fluent Hindi.
Basic MS Excel and MS Office skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Any graduate/undergraduate (Govt. recognized).
0–6 months experience (freshers welcome)
