Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for engaging with customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and handling customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.

• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.

• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.

• Handle objections and queries in a professional manner.

• Report and escalate issues to the team lead when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience.

• Female candidates only.

• Excellent communication skills in [Insert required languages – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].

• Confident, polite, and persuasive with a customer-first approach.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

• Ability to handle targets and pressure.
