Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to drivers, vendors, and clients for shipment updates and coordination.

• Handle inbound queries related to delivery status, delays, or logistics issues.

• Maintain daily follow-up with transporters and ensure vehicle deployment on time.

• Track shipments and update stakeholders with real-time status.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch team, and transport partners.

• Update records and reports in internal systems (Excel/ERP/CRM).

• Escalate delays, route deviations, or issues to the logistics manager.

• Support in documentation and verification of POD (Proof of Delivery).

• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a polite and professional tone on calls.
