Sales Executive (Real Estate)

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities-

·         Responsible for generating sales.

·         Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

·         Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

·         Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

·         Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.

·         Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences/ events.

·         Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

·         Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

·         Responsible for generating business for the company.

·         Able to meet sales target.

·         Able generate references from existing clients.

·         Coordinating with Clients as per the Requirements.

·         Should be a team player.

·         Able to understand the products and services offered by the company.

·         Able to deliver sales pitches confidently and promptly.

·         Take initiatives on their own to close sales.

·         Able to connect with clients on immediate basis, understanding of their requisitions.

·         The candidates should be Graduate or Degree Holder.

·         Preferably should have minimum 6months of experience in the respective field.

Fresher- ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Experienced- ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
