Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Guide customer to make timely payment.

Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 0 - 0.5 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi, Marathi. The role involves repayment of customer loans, providing the right information, and computer basic knowledge is compulsory. A 10th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
