We are seeking a polite, well-spoken, and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team in the digital marketing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls, introducing our Google services, social media marketing, website development, SEO, and other digital packages to potential clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from the provided data.

• Clearly explain digital marketing services (Google My Business, Website, SEO, etc.).

• Convince and generate leads or set up appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain call records and update daily follow-up reports.

• Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Polite and mannered tone during calls.

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and email.

• Prior experience in cold calling/telemarketing is a plus.

• Freshers with good speaking skills can also apply.
