Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills English or regional language as applicable).
Tamil, Malyalam, Bengali.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
