Job Title: Team Leader – Collection & Recovery
Location: Banglore
Job Type: Full-time | Urgent Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of collection executives and telecallers.

• Allocate daily tasks, targets, and monitor performance.

• Ensure timely follow-up and recovery from overdue customers.

• Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate settlements if required.

• Maintain daily/weekly MIS and reporting to senior management.

• Coordinate with field and telecalling teams for effective recovery.

• Train and motivate team members to achieve collection targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in collections and recovery (preferably in NBFC/Bank/Loan sector).

• Strong team handling and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of local language (Gujarati/Hindi) is mandatory.

• Proficient in using Excel, CRM, and basic reporting tools.

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle field recovery cases.

Education: Graduate or above
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
