Service Desk

• Provide 1st line IT support via phone, email, chat, and web.

• Troubleshoot O365, VPN, Skype, Printers, Active Directory, MS Office, Windows OS, and Hardware/Software issues.

• Log and track tickets in ServiceNow CRM and ensure timely resolution.

• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L1.5 or other resolver groups.

• Maintain high standards of customer service & support.

• Identify trends in support requests and proactively address potential outages.
