We are seeking a Software Support Executive to join our growing team at Elitesecom.ai. This role involves handling client queries and technical issues related to our software solutions, particularly in the e-commerce and order management domain. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails related to software usage, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical assistance and guidance on Elitesecom.ai's software platform.
Log support tickets accurately, document solutions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Diagnose user-reported issues and offer clear, step-by-step resolutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the technical team with detailed context.
Collaborate with internal teams (development, QA, and product) to enhance product performance and usability based on customer feedback.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries within SLA.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new features, product updates, and system changes.
Meet performance metrics such as resolution time, customer feedback, and issue closure rate.
Requirements:
Experience in software support, technical customer service, or similar roles.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Basic understanding of web-based applications and support tools (e.g., ticketing systems, screen sharing tools).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce or order management systems is a plus.
