Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research, prospect and qualify new sales leads and prospects for new client acquisition through cold calling and email outreach at a high-volume

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders, building relationships and understanding customer needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align sales efforts and develop comprehensive solutions for customers

• Schedule demos of the OptimHire platform for qualified prospects

• Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize sales performance, identify trends and areas for improvement, and adjust sales strategies accordingly

• Utilize CRM software and sales automation tools to manage leads, track sales activity, and streamline sales workflows

• Support the Sales team to ensure qualified leads convert into paid clients by getting them timely, conducive information about OptimHire's products

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive sales innovation

About You:

• 2+ years of BDR, SDR or inside sales experience, with a history of overachieving targets around new business acquisition

• Technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and data analysis platforms, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience)

• Strong communication skills over both phone and email

• Desire to move up within a sales organization
