Job Summary
We're actively seeking Sales & Marketing Executives to contribute to our team, with a specialized focus on site project acquisition and management. This role is open to both fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. If you're passionate about engaging with clients for complex project requirements and fostering long-term business relationships within a project oriented environment, this position offers significant learning opportunities, performance driven growth, and invaluable hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities
Identify and proactively approach new potential customers (B2B/B2C) for our power solutions for site projects.
Conduct insightful client meetings to thoroughly understand their specific project needs, technical requirements, and site challenges, then propose tailored solutions.
Prepare compelling marketing materials, comprehensive project proposals, detailed technical specifications, and accurate quotations for site-specific solutions.
Actively support promotional activities, industry exhibitions, and extensive field visits to potential project sites to assess requirements and build client relationships.
Maintain meticulous CRM records and generate regular project pipeline and sales activity reports.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments, including engineering, operations, and project management, to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of client requirements for awarded projects.
Continuously enhance product knowledge related to power generation, distribution, and management systems applicable to various site projects, and stay informed about competitor activities. Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (BBA/MBA preferred). A background in Engineering or a related technical field is a plus.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within a project-based industry or technical sales environment.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, with an ability to discuss technical project requirements.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork, site visits, and client meetings as required for project development.
Attitude: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive approach to complex project sales and client engagement.
Understanding: Basic understanding of sales principles, market research, and effective client handling, particularly in a project-driven and service-based context.
