We are seeking a proactive and organized Site Coordinator to support our field and office operations across multiple project sites. This role involves coordinating construction activities, conducting environmental and location-based research, managing client visits, and ensuring smooth communication between field teams and the operations head. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site and in the office, adaptable to changing locations, and capable of handling both logistical and client-facing tasks.
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations across various project sites.
Conduct site visits for environmental assessments, location analysis, and construction progress tracking.
Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams during on-site meetings and visits.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing site activities according to project timelines.
Collect and report field data to the Operations Head in a timely and organized manner.
Support the project team in preparing documentation, reports, and updates from the field.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
Handle logistical arrangements for site travel, materials, and client visits.
Maintain proper records of site progress, issues, and resolutions.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed in support of field activities.
Willingness to travel frequently to multiple site locations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of construction or site-based work preferred (not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) is a plus.
Valid driver's license is an advantage.
Hands-on approach and proactive attitude.
Comfortable dealing with different environments – from construction sites to client meetings.
