Explain features, material quality, customization options, and pricing in detail.
2. Sales Process:
Handle inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, website, or TradeIndia portals.
Convert leads to orders by providing quotations, negotiating prices, and following up regularly.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
3. Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product line, including:
Laser-cut jali designs
3D wall panels
Customized membrane doors
Designer mandirs & lighting fixtures
Be aware of materials used (MDF, WPC, Plywood), finishes, and usage applications (residential/commercial).
4. Client Relationship Building:
Maintain communication with past customers for repeat business and referrals.
Promote new designs, festive offers, and premium collections via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Handle complaints or after-sales service queries with professionalism and urgency.
5. Market Outreach:
Identify and connect with interior designers, contractors, architects, and B2B buyers.Reporting & Coordination:
Keep accurate records of customer data, sales pipeline, order status, and daily follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
