📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote financial products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, CIBIL Services, etc.) to potential customers

• Generate leads via phone calls, field visits, or digital platforms

• Explain loan eligibility, documents, and benefits clearly

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer follow-up and build good relationships

• Report sales performance to the team leader

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of loans/finance is a plus (training will be provided)

• Willingness to work on field and meet clients (if needed)

• Energetic, positive, and target-oriented attitude

• Own smartphone required

💰 Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (based on city and performance)
