Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing business development team. You will play a key role in identifying leads, engaging potential clients, and helping close deals that contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through research, outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls), and networking.

• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos for senior sales team or product specialists.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

• Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions and sales progress.

• Follow up with leads, build rapport, and support the closing process.

• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to align sales messaging.

• Keep up with industry trends, service offerings, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

• Comfortable using CRM tools (like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Basic understanding of blockchain, web development, or digital marketing is a plus.

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to meet sales targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
