Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.

• Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.

• Follow up with customers when necessary.

• Meet daily and monthly calling or conversion targets.

• Provide product/service information clearly and professionally.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi and/or English).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Polite and confident phone manner.

• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the sales/customer service field.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate.

• No prior tele calling experience required.
