Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Interior Designer with strong sales acumen to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine design expertise with a consultative approach to help clients visualize and realize their dream spaces, while also driving sales and meeting revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget.

  • Present creative design concepts, mood boards, and material selections tailored to clients' tastes.

  • Guide clients through product selections (furniture, décor, finishes, etc.) in the showroom or online.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, materials, and new products.

  • Ensure excellent after-sales service and client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

  • Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio.

  • Sales experience in interior design, furniture, or home décor industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • A flair for creativity, attention to detail, and spatial planning.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of color theory, materials, and space planning.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for design.

  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
