Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients for our IT and ITES services through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer support and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client business challenges and recommend customized IT/ITES solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings and increase revenue.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Product, Support) to ensure seamless delivery and client success.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and high-risk sectors (e.g., Forex, gambling, online gaming).
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in payments, ITES, or financial services.
Experience working with high-risk industries (Forex, gambling, online gaming) is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
Knowledge of payment processing and digital business models is a plus.
Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and networking.
Freshers with excellent English proficiency and a strong desire to succeed in sales are encouraged to apply.
