We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive in IT Sales to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities and Requirement:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to reach potential clients and decision-makers.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and budget.
Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales or technical teams.
Maintain detailed records of call activities, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM.
Present and pitch IT products and services confidently over the phone.
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
Handle objections professionally and re-engage cold leads when appropriate.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently.
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign feedback and lead quality improvement.
