Sales Coordinator / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries and coordinate with walk-in clients
  Manage CRM data, lead tracking, and follow-ups
  Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and documentation
  Schedule client meetings and site visits
  Coordinate between the sales, marketing, and customer service teams
  Ensure a seamless client experience at the Experience Centre

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 1+. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
