Sales Co-ordinator

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities, and sales documentation support in raising request for account creation & update!

• Coordinating with internal departments such as Commercial Planning & Research, finance, and customer service if required

• Managing sales data, generating reports, and analysing sales trends to support decision-making and sales strategies.

• Assisting in the preparation of sales contracts.

• Supporting sales team members with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing travel arrangements.

• Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong Excel, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.

• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate reports.

• Salary to be offered Rs. 25,000 to 30,000/- pm. Hike depends on skills and interview).

• Communication skills & Computer skills must.
