Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to take on a role as Relationship Manager and Receptionist. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations while also building strong relationships with clients and leads.
Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and assist walk-in visitors and clients with professionalism.

• Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Manage appointments, meetings, and client schedules.

• Handle basic administrative tasks like filing and email coordination.

Relationship Manager Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.

• Understand client needs and offer tailored services or solutions.

• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Assist in achieving monthly business targets and client retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or customer service roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

• Good in client handling and multitasking.

Experience in real estate or customer relations (preferred but not mandatory).
