📌 Role Summary

We’re seeking a customer-focused and ethical Relationship Manager with experience in gold appraisal and valuation. You’ll be responsible for accurate gold assessments, loan processing, customer onboarding, and relationship building to drive renewals and referrals.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate gold valuation including carat analysis and stone deductions.

• Ensure strict adherence to KYC and compliance procedures.

• Verify customer documents and complete digital onboarding.

• Coordinate with managers for loan processing and approvals.

• Generate new business through walk-ins, renewals, and customer referrals.

• Build strong relationships and resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Participate in local marketing activities to boost visibility.

🧑‍💼 Candidate Requirements

• Graduation (10+2+3/4) is mandatory.

• 1–2 years of experience in gold valuation/appraisal/handling.

• Age: 20 – 32 years.

• Strong communication in the local language with basic English.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
