Real Estate Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to help us grow our client base and sell residential/commercial properties.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits

• Handle walk-in clients and explain project details

• Schedule and conduct property site visits for potential buyers

• Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their property needs

• Negotiate and close deals effectively

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Own vehicle and smartphone preferred

• Local area knowledge is a plus
