Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tele-sales callers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective tele-sales strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue.
Handle client queries, follow-up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and manage customer databases.
Train team members on product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
