Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth internal operations. This is a non-customer-facing position focused on backend coordination, data entry, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update internal databases with customer and financial information

• Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks

• Coordinate with the sales/calling team for lead updates and follow-ups

• Prepare daily reports and MIS

• Support in loan application processing (if in a finance company like CapitalBox)

• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

• Assist in backend coordination with partners, vendors, or internal departments

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Prior experience in back office/support roles preferred

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Timing:

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (can be adjusted as per your company)
