Key Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Key Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, and leading a team of graphic designers to deliver high-quality creative output. A background or understanding of graphic design will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and met.

• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content creators, video editors) to manage project timelines and deliverables.

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers to ensure creative output aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines.

• Handle project planning, briefing, and execution across multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Track and report on project progress, timelines, feedback loops, and deliverables.

• Resolve client concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Servicing Executive, or similar role.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines.

• Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate the design team.

• Understanding of graphic design principles and creative processes (Knowledge of tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus).

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working in an advertising or design agency.

• Hands-on experience in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and brand communication.
