🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle inbound/outbound customer calls.

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and queries promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when required.

• Deliver accurate information and support to customers.

• Meet performance KPIs and collaborate with team leads for issue resolution.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification:
  • 12th Pass + 6 Months Experience in Customer Support
  • OR Graduate Freshers Welcome

• Communication: Good English Communication – Must

• Proximity: Should reside within 25 km of Malad or Thane TP office

• Tech Comfort: Basic computer skills to manage CRM tools
