• Coordinate hotel bookings, tour packages, holiday packages, itineraries, and travel bookings for clients.

• Handle international travel requirements including documentation.

• Utilize online portals to manage outbound tours and corporate travel management services.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field (travel packages).

• Strong knowledge of hotels' policies and procedures.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using computer systems for booking purposes (e.g., Expedia, make my trip, TBO ).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
