We are looking for outbound Customer Care Executive candidates. Our organization is an international BPO that involves making outbound calls to potential customers or clients in UK to promote and sell a product or service.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote and sell products or services

• Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to pitch products or services effectively

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Good command of the English language

• Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Fresher with excellent communication skills can apply

Job Details:

• UK Shift time : 2:30pm to 11:30pm with drop facility

• Saturday and Sunday Off
