The candidate will be responsible to call the customer who have not paid the bill on time and try to resolve the issue the customer is facing.

Skills:

1. Should have at least 6 months - 2 year of experience in Customer Support calling activity

2. Customer support handling financial products.

3.Should have Role Experience of minimum 1-2 Years in Collections.

4 . Should be well versed in English & Hindi Language written and oral.

5. Should be able to empathize with the customer.

6. Should have basic understanding of credit cards.

7. Qualification : Graduation

8. Any other regional language is a plus for this role. (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali and Punjabi)

9. Fresher’s welcome with Good English communication.

*Salary : 25K To 30 CTC Per Month*
