Position: Executive -Client Success
Location: Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai
Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Mode of Work: Hybrid

Week Off: Saturday and Sunday

Experience Required: 2+ years

Primary Job Responsibilities :

 Responds to telephone calls or emails from our customers worldwide. Listens, analyzes,

 researches and resolves the concern(s). Logs a case in the system and communicates the

resolution of the concern(s) to the client

 Build and maintain relationships with all primary contacts, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction

while identifying potential new opportunities for the sales team to pursue within the account

 Liaises effectively with other departments to resolve client inquiries

 Attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and project management.

 Other duties as assigned
