Job Description:

Mcarepro Health Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Care Executives for its International Voice Process (US Healthcare). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle international client calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international (US-based) clients.

• Resolve queries related to healthcare services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Accurately document interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and resolution rate.

• Work collaboratively with team members and support departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Previous experience in international voice process preferred.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).

Salary Structure:

• 1 to 2 years of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• 2 to 3 years of experience: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• 3 to 4 years of experience: ₹35,000 per month
