Job Description:

We are hiring International BPO Executives to handle voice or non-voice processes for global clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email for international clients

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards

• Follow communication scripts and company policies

• Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: PUC (12th pass)

• Excellent English communication is mandatory

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
