Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective international clients (UK), introducing ClimaxBPMs services and driving lead generation.
Conduct meaningful conversations to qualify leads, present solutions effectively, and meet or exceed conversions.
Maintain and update customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system accurately.
Overcome objections and nurture potential clients through the sales cycle.
Collaborate with team to align on messaging, pipelines, and strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience
Freshers are preferred (0-1year). We welcome Freshers or candidates looking to kick-start their careers, especially those eager to learn and grow. Candidates with up to 1 year of related experience (voice/telesales/international calling) are also welcome.
Education
Minimum 12thpass: graduates and graduation pursuing students are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills
Strong spoken English proficiency, enabling effective communication with overseas clients.
Soft Skills & Attitude
Confident, adaptable, and client-focused with a positive attitude, Comfortable with results -driven outbound environment and open to feedback.
Availability & Location
Open to fixed shifts: 2PM to 11PM Monday- Friday.
Preferably based in or near Mansarovar, Jaipur daily commuting mandatory (office-based role).
