Location: Chennai – Preferably from Tambaram, Selaiyur, Medavakkam, or nearby areas

Salary: Fixed Monthly Pay + Performance-Based Incentives

We’re hiring Sales Executives to strengthen our growing team. There are two openings – one for experienced professionals and another for MBA Marketing freshers. This role involves both inside sales (calls, follow-ups) and field sales (client visits, meetings, and closures). Candidates should be comfortable handling leads and also proactively identifying new opportunities when required.

🔹 Opening 1: Experienced Sales Executive

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confident in handling in-person and phone-based sales conversations

• Capable of managing the full sales cycle independently

• Skilled in maintaining documentation and using CRM tools

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email

• Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and outreach

• Schedule and attend client meetings for presentations and deal closures

• Document sales activity, maintain follow-up status, and track outcomes

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and documentation

🔹 Opening 2: Sales Executive – MBA Marketing Freshers

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing (2023 or 2024 pass-outs)

• Strong interest in inside/outside sales and client engagement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a performance-driven environment

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective clients via phone or email

• Identify and follow up with interested leads

• Assist in scheduling and conducting client meetings

• Keep accurate records of sales efforts and lead status

• Learn to manage end-to-end sales responsibilities over time

• Work toward monthly targets and reporting goals
