We are seeking a motivated and professional Field Supervisor to join our team for Protect One Services in Mumbai at our Wadala location. Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi, Marathi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
