Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Field Boy to support our organization with day-to-day operational tasks, vendor coordination, and interdepartmental requirements. The role demands a good understanding of administrative processes and fieldwork, with a focus on timely execution and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new vendors as per company requirements.

• Coordinate with various departments to understand their operational and purchase-related needs.

• Assist in understanding and executing processes related to Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoices.

• Visit the market based on organizational or employee needs after logging in from the office.

• Ensure end-of-day logout is done from the office premises.

• Coordinate and facilitate requirements across both branches of the organization.

• Take up additional tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• Prior experience in fieldwork, procurement, or vendor management is an advantage.

• Ability to handle field assignments independently.

• Basic understanding of PO and invoice procedures.

• Trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized.
