We are hiring *Field Executives* for *Paytm’s Service Department.*

Your job will be to visit customers and help them with issues related to:

➡️ Soundbox / QR Code.

➡️ (EDC) Debit /Credit Card Swipe Machines & other products.

👉 This is a service job, not a sales job.

*Job Type:*

▪️ Field Work – You will go to the market / shops

▪️ Task-Based – Daily work target *(10+ tasks)*

*💸 Salary Details:*

*₹21,000* CTC

*₹16,500* In-Hand Salary

*+* Extra Incentives (based on work performance)

*Your Daily Work Includes:*

*1.* *Service Tasks (SB + EDC):*

✔️ Replace Soundbox / QR Code if not working

✔️ Replace (EDC), Credit /Debit Card Swipe Machine.

✔️ Help customers to start Paytm service

✔️ Bring back old Paytm users through Reactivation (win-back)

*2.* *Cross-Sell Tasks:*

✔️ Help merchants to start Gold SIP

✔️ Guide on Loan & Insurance

✔️ Visit new loan merchants (Welcome Visit)

*📌 Target:* Do 10 or more tasks every day (mix of both types)

*(Requirements):*

✅ Can talk nicely with customers

✅ Have a Smartphone

✅ Have a Bike + Valid Driving License

✅ Mobile Number must be linked with Aadhaar + Bank Account
