Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive (FE) for our operations in Bikaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, following up on recoveries, and handling field tasks related to debt collection and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

Visit clients/customers for recovery-related tasks.

Follow up on dues and ensure timely collections.

Maintain proper records of field activities and report daily updates.

Ensure professional and ethical conduct during all client interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must hold a valid DRA Certificate.

Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license.

Basic communication skills and familiarity with the local area (Bikaner).

Compensation:

Salary will be commission/percentage based, depending on collections and performance.
