Field Collection Executive

Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) is responsible for collecting overdue payments from debtors on behalf of financial institutions or collection agencies. Their duties include contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely payment while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting Debtors:

  DRAs communicate with debtors through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and sometimes in-person visits, to discuss outstanding debts. 

• Negotiating Payment Arrangements:

  They work with debtors to establish manageable repayment plans, considering their financial situations and helping them avoid further penalties or legal action.
