Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector

Minimum 2 years of email process experience in any BPO/KPO

Education: Graduation (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 (In-hand)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Email Process Executives for a reputed financial client in Chandivali, Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to email support in the BPO sector along with hands-on experience in banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries and service requests via email in a timely and professional manner

Handle high volumes of email interactions efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality parameters

Maintain accurate documentation of customer communication

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

1+ year of experience in BFSI domain

2+ years of experience in email process in a BPO or customer support environment

Excellent written English communication skills

Proficient in email etiquette, MS Office tools, and CRM platforms

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high accuracy

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs
