Email Chat Support Executive

JOB TITLE- EMT

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ambulance Technician to join our emergency medical services team. The Ambulance Technician will provide pre-hospital care and transportation for patients, ensuring their safety and well-being during emergencies. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide immediate care to patients.

2.Assess patients' conditions and administer basic life support (BLS) as needed.

3. Assist paramedics and other healthcare professionals in delivering advanced life support (ALS) when required.

4.Safely transport patients to hospitals or other medical facilities.

5. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information.

6.Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

7.Maintain and operate medical equipment and ambulance vehicles.

8.Ensure the ambulance is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

9.Follow established protocols and guidelines for emergency medical care.

10.Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or equivalent.

3. Proven experience as an Ambulance Technician or similar role.

4. Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.

5. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

6. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

9. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry patients and equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and patients.

Ability to work in various environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces.

 Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
