We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Email & Chat Process. The candidate will handle customer queries and concerns through calls , email and Web chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Position: Customer Support Executive – Email & Chat Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely follow-ups when necessary.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Document all interactions, issues

• Educational Qualifications:

  • HSC or Bachelor's Degree in any stream.

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome to apply!

• Prior experience in email/chat support or customer service is an added advantage.

• Experience in an international process is preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously.

• Good computer knowledge and typing skills are required.

Work Schedule:

• 5 days working with rotational day shifts between 9:30 am and 9pm.
