Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp related to thermal printers.

• Provide after-sales support – troubleshooting, basic installation guidance, print quality issues, connectivity (Bluetooth/USB), etc.

• Provide demo/usage videos or guides if needed.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

• Collect feedback to improve product and service quality.

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and basic Hinglish (especially for Tier 2/3 customers).

• Good understanding of thermal printers, Bluetooth connectivity, and mobile/PC integration (training will be provided).

• Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business.

• Prior experience in tech support or after-sales is a plus.
