Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve queries related to products, orders, delivery, payments, etc.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via call, chat, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

• Order Management:

  • Monitor and manage customer orders, including order tracking, fulfilment coordination, and post-order support.

  • Liaise with delivery partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Data Entry & Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, order details, and other relevant data.

  • Update vendor and product listings when required.

• Recruitment Support:

  • Make recruitment calls to potential candidates as per the provided guidelines.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.

  • Maintain the recruitment tracker and follow up on scheduled interviews.

• Customer Engagement:

  • Assist in customer retention by providing excellent service and handling complaints or escalations effectively.

  • Support customer onboarding and orientation on how to use the Online Dekho app.
