We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken individual with a strong sense of empathy to join our team as an Order & Customer Support Executive. This role involves end-to-end order processing, managing customer queries, and contributing to campaign support efforts. You will be a vital part of ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Location- Chhatarpur
Primary responsibilities will include:
Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: from placement to successful delivery.
Provide prompt, polite and professional customer service via calls, emails or chats regarding order status, delays, returns & queries.
Coordinate with logistics and pharmacy teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
Assist the marketing team in campaign execution and follow-ups.
Work proactively to resolve issues and escalate when required.
Willing to take additional responsibilities in support or operations when needed.
We are looking for someone who has:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Prior experience in customer support or order management is a plus.
Basic computer skills.
