Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Work Mode: Work From Office
Location: Pune
Shift: Rotational Shift (6 days working, 1 rotational week off)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions and queries efficiently across communication channels

• Build strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention

• Provide timely solutions and ensure customer needs are met with professionalism

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues where necessary

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate from any field

• Languages Required: English, Hindi, Marathi (E/H/M)

• Excellent verbal communication skills with no grammatical or pronunciation errors

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle pressure situations with a calm demeanor

Experience:

• Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates

• Preferred: Candidates with experience in insurance or a strong sales acumen
