1.Solving Insured queries related to claims and other concerns through Emails and Calls.

2.Assistance provided to Insured to apply for claims reimbursement as per applicable Terms & Conditions;

3.Grievance resolution having worked with the claims operations team;

4.Tracking claims file a submit reports;

5.Have periodic review meetings with corporates and brokers.
